Description

The LAF HEX Head Unit Radio Case is a modular acrylic radio box built for custom car-audio head unit installations. Removable panels make wiring and service easier, while configurable options let you tailor the case to your build.

Key Features

  • Removable panels: access wiring, service components, or update the design without replacing the entire case.
  • Upgradeable front panel: on “with options” configurations, meter or bass-knob options can be added later.
  • Custom configuration: choose case and panel colors, background engraving, switches, LED options, meter, bass knob, and custom graphics from the available selections.
  • Optional 12-foot head-unit whip: includes two pairs of handmade RCA cables plus power, ground, remote, and ACC wiring, wrapped in tech flex and routed through a cable grommet for strain relief.

Head Unit Fitment

  • Mechless internal depth: 5.75 inches for single-DIN and double-DIN applications.
  • Full-size internal depth: 7.5 inches.
  • Double-DIN installations require a user-provided cage.

Please confirm your head unit model and required depth before ordering. “No options” cases do not have an upgradeable front panel.
