Your Crystal Audio Solutions subwoofer or speaker is covered by a 1 year limited warranty to the original Purchaser only. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty covers manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials only. Customer is responsible to cover shipping to our repair facility, and must send copy of original receipt. At this time unit will be evaluated for cause of defect or damage. It is at Crystal Audio Solutions discretion as to reason for damage and has final say in the matter. Covered warranty issues will be repaired or replace and shipped back to customer at no charge.
Warranty does not cover burnt voice coils or damages from overpowering of unit. Accidental damage by user or installer, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of factory recommended specifications. If Warranty was void due to the above reasons recones, repair, or replacement will be offered to customer at a discount. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
