Your Crystal Audio Solutions subwoofer or speaker is covered by a one-year limited warranty for the original purchaser only. The warranty is not transferable. It covers manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials only. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our repair facility and must include a copy of the original receipt. The product will be evaluated to determine the cause of the defect or damage. Crystal Audio Solutions has sole discretion in determining the cause of damage and makes the final warranty decision.
Products with covered warranty issues will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer at no charge.
The warranty does not cover burned voice coils, damage caused by overpowering the unit, accidental damage by the user or installer, abuse, improper wiring, or operation outside the factory-recommended specifications. If the warranty is void for any of these reasons, recone service, repair, or replacement will be offered to the customer at a discount. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
