Shipping & Return Policies

SHIPPING, RETURNS, & CHARGEBACK POLICY — CRYSTAL AUDIO SOLUTIONS

By placing an order with Crystal Audio Solutions, the customer expressly agrees to all terms outlined below. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement and apply to all purchases without exception.

All orders are processed and shipped within 7–15 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Crystal Audio Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain interruptions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS only. Tracking information is provided once the order ships. Billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched addresses may be delayed, canceled, or refunded at our discretion.

ALL PRE-ORDER ITEMS AND ALL CUSTOM-BUILT OR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE. This includes, but is not limited to, alternators, subwoofers, custom enclosures, and any product built, assembled, or modified specifically for the customer. Once an order for any such item is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to delays, vehicle compatibility, change of mind, or installation issues.

For non-custom, non-pre-order items, returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase and require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Original shipping charges, payment processing fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Crystal Audio Solutions reserves the absolute right to deny any return that shows signs of installation, use, electrical damage, modification, missing components, damaged packaging, or improper handling. All returned items are inspected prior to any refund determination. Approved refunds are issued only after inspection and are processed to the original payment method, less any applicable fees or deductions.

CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, AND FRAUD PREVENTION: By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that chargebacks or payment disputes submitted for orders that comply with this policy constitute a breach of these terms.
