Match Lithium to the Charging System
- Chemistry and voltage: Use a battery chemistry and operating-voltage range that is compatible with the vehicle's charging strategy and other energy-storage components.
- Capacity and current demand: Compare manufacturer ratings with the amplifier load, listening use and expected charging support.
- Charging requirements: Follow the battery manufacturer's alternator, regulation and charger requirements; do not assume every lithium battery can use the same charging setup.
- Fitment and connections: Check dimensions, mounting orientation, terminal style and cable requirements before installation.
