• Amperage: Choose 270, 320, or 370 amps to match your build.
• Vehicle details: Enter your year, make, model, and engine size so CAS can check your application.
• Externally Regulated: This option refers to using a separate voltage regulator. If you are unsure which setup you need, ask CAS before ordering.
• PCM Bypass: This bypasses the vehicle computer’s voltage control. Review the voltage and warning-light information below before choosing.
• Powder Coating: Choose a color, or select None for no powder coating.

What is a Bypass?
If you choose to have a bypass, you are wiring around the PCM or ECU voltage control. This allows us to customize the charging voltage beyond what the vehicle’s computer normally permits. In most cases, the battery warning light will remain illuminated.

Bypass charging voltage: 14.8V.

Important: A PCM/ECU bypass is required when using the boosted harness.

Warranty: One year on parts and lifetime labor.
